Trevorton Fire Chief Edwin Reed comes up a steep hill after helping emergency medical technicians and other rescue personnel at the 'Flats' off Gap Road in Zerbe Township, Northumberland County, where an all-terrain vehicle operator was injured in an accident Monday afternoon. His ATV overturned as he attempted to ride up the hill.
