Man arrested in indecent assault

— MIFFLINBURG — A 25-year-old Mifflinburg man has been charged with indecent assault for an alleged inappropriate relationship with a 3-year-old girl.
David L. Ward, of 1260 Church Road, allegedly touched the toddler while she was visiting in his home March 17.
