Middleburg man charged with rape



MIDDLEBURG — A Middleburg man has been charged with rape and related charges after he allegedly provided alcohol to 13- and 14-year-old girls and had an inappropriate relationship with both.

Gary Allen Keister, 40, of 812 Troxelville Road, also has been charged with two counts of statutory sexual assault and two counts of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, aggravated indecent assault, indecent assault, corruption of minors and selling or furnishing liquor or malt or brewed beverages to minors.

According to the criminal complaint, Keister provided alcohol to the girls at his home. The complaint stated that one girl was so intoxicated she could not walk without assistance. The victims could not remember the date of the incident, police said.
