Retired BU professor found guilty in child porn case

— LEWISBURG -- Judge Louise Knight found retired Bucknell professor Jack Harclerode, 73, of Lewisburg, guilty today on all charges of possessing nearly 250 images of child pornography.
Harclerode waived his right to a jury trial in Union County Court this morning. Twelve jurors were ready to hear the case.
Police searched Harclerode's home in March 2007 following allegations that he inappropriately touched a young boy at a Columbia County campground. The images were on his laptop and a thumb drive. Both, along with the actual photos were submitted as evidence in court.
Harclerode will be sentenced later. He is also awaiting sentencing in the Columbia County case..
