Central PA Chamber delivers annual honors

WATSONTOWN -- MePush Inc. of Lewisburg and Minuteman Environmental Inc. of Milton were among Valley businesses honored today at the Central PA Chamber of Commerce annual meeting and awards ceremony at The Watson Inn.

MePush won the Small Business of the Year 2012 award, and Minuteman won the Business of the Year. Also recognized were:

Neal Fogle of the Penn State Cooperative Extension received the Business & Education Award. Fogle is an extension educator at the Snyder County Cooperative Extension Office.

Christine Foust and Shirley Nelson Brough were named Volunteers of the Year.

Kelly O’Brien Gavin, director of the Greater Susquehanna Keystone Innovation Zone, won the President's Award           

About 180 people gathered for the annual event of the regional chamber of commerce, which seeks to promote and establish businesses in the Valley.
