Theft, April 26-May 5, Upper Paxton Township, Dauphin Co. Unknown actors removed a bronze statue from Constance Ranee Schoffstall’s residence in Millersburg. Anyone with information should contact state police at (717)-362-8700.


Burglary, April 28-May 6, Lewis Township, Northumberland Co. Jesse Cole Johnson, Turbotville, reported to police that his Rugar Black Hawk handgun was stolen from his residence.

Harassment, May 7, West Chillisquaque Township, Northumberland Co. Cited Jason Paul Rank, 35, of West Milton, for calling a victim’s cell phone 51 times in less than an hour after being told not to stop.


Drug charges
, May 1, Penn Township, Snyder Co. A 16-year-old male was cited for having a marijuana smoking pipe in his room.

Crash, May 7, Jackson Township, Snyder Co. Alexander Michael Douglas DiCicco, 19, of Herndon, was involved in a one-vehicle crash near the intersection of Erdly Church and Applebutter roads. DiCicco’s 1999 Chevrolet Blazer left the roadway and struck farm equipment at 1 a.m. He was uninjured, he also wasn’t wearing his seat belt, police report. Police continue their investigation.

Public drunkenness, May 8, Monroe Township, Snyder Co. Jona Jean Hughes, 24, of Shamokin Dam, was cited for public drunkenness after she was seen walking on Mill Road and eventually passed out near the side of the road at 12:04 a.m.

Burglary, May 1, Jackson Township, Snyder Co. Cited Eric Jones, 46, of Winfield, after forcing his way into a residence and tampering with victim’s computer.

DUI, April 13, Selinsgrove, Snyder Co. Cited William Bordner, 57, of Selinsgrove, for driving under the influence. A blood test determined Bordner’s blood-alcohol content exceeded the legal limit.

Retail theft, May 7, Monroe Township. Cited Amanda Alequin, 22, of Sunbury, on charges of stealing $89.77 worth of merchandise from Selinsgrove Walmart.


Retail theft, April 27, Monroe Township, Juniata Co. Accused William Sokol, 28, of Selinsgrove, after investigation and video surveillance identified Sokol stealing nearly $1,300 worth if items from Village Merchants.
