Great effort A very well done to Sophia Ziemian and Kiah Hardcastle for their recent efforts at the Nike Outdoor National Track and Field Meet. For those people who are unaware of the efforts of these two Lewisburg juniors, both young ladies ran the 5,000 meter race on the track. Sophia finished 4th with a time of 17:34 and Kiah finished 9th in a time of 18:00. Both young runners continued in the tradition of this league and district, which produce some of the best runners in the Commonwealth. As they and their families are surely proud, this area can also share in that pride. Stanley Share, Milton n Stanley Share is the Midd-West cross country and track coach.
