No alcohol

I wasn't sure if I read the paper right the first time, so I had to read it again: "Wine and Cheese tasting at the Shikellamy State Park Overlook."

Unless I'm blind, I thought there were signs reminding us that there were "No Alcoholic Beverages" allowed at these public places. Are the signs still there? Are the rules still enforced? Can the public bring wine, beer, etc., with them to the parks now? I guess rules are meant to be broken.
