---- — While I support those electronic surveillance actions authorized by Congress under the 'Patriot Act,' I'm very concerned that if we continue to allow this would-be dictator and his jack-booted brown shirt thugs to continue to circumvent our Constitution with their political tricks, we will be shortly reduced to the status of a Banana Republic ruled by an absolute dictator.
Our current President has adequately demonstrated his competence in Chicago-style politics, which he has skillfully crafted into a national duplicate. Him minions have been indoctrinated into enforcing Barack Obama's slightest whim with every legal maneuver in the book to circumvent both the Legislative and Judicial branches of our government.
You may as well forget about the supposedly sacred balance of power which has served admirably in the past. What we presently have is a system whereby the president may utter a few words in a Cabinet or staff meeting, such as, "Those Tea Party advocates are being very unpatriotic." Consequently, the notion that the Tea Party is very bad is accepted as doctrine and appropriate combat orders are immediately and informally, passed down the line through every government bureaucracy to the level of janitor. And you need to understand that these combat orders have been issued to the soldiers of numerous bureaucracies over which there is no effective control by anyone -- not Congress nor the Judicial system, nobody but the occupant of the Oval Office! Does that give you a warm, fuzzy feeling?
Yes, of course a few junior IRS employees effectively persecuted a number of organizations because they may possibly be associated with the likes of the Tea party and are therefore an enemy of Obama. In any event, they obeyed their marching orders as good soldiers should! Now do you really believe that those orders did not effectively issue from the Oval Office? Do you also believe the moon is made of green cheese?
Now please understand that Obama is completely accurate, and marginally truthful, when he says, "I don't know anything about the IRS targeting Tea Party Organizations." He may be legally as pure as the driven snow, but he could be guilty of criminal conspiracy, for intentionally circumventing the U.S. Constitution for his own personal gain and should be removed from office, but that's just my personal opinion.
