Sandy Hook Shooting

With reference to the Sandy Hook school shooting, the debate continues about assault weapon control. President Obama is rushing toward something with or without the consent of Congress.

The press had a field day that day, telling the public who was killed and what weapons were used.

There has been a brief mention about the affect video games have upon the youth of America.

It seems strange to me that the press has not told the public what medication Mr. Lanza was on or the side effects that sometimes happen. No stone is left unturned to find the facts on other issues.

No mention has been made about drug companies that produce and market psychotic drugs and the out-of-court settlements (to avoid publicity) that have transpired over recent years.

President Obama has stated that "we must proctect the children." His words are hollow when we mention that on the same day that Sandy Hook took place, across America (the land of the free and the home of the brave) 3,800 lives were snuffed out by abortion.

If we must take assault weapons from citizens, then we should also take the assault weapons (surgical instruments) and (permits to use them) from the abortionists.

The question is, which children are President Obama so concerned about? With the stroke of his pen he could stop the killing of the unborn of America.
