Waste of money

In response to the first solicitation from the Republican National Committee seeking monetary donations to assist gaining the support of other voters, they received a modest check for $100. This contribution may have not been of the order or magnitude that they desired, but it was a token of support and they have just that, support through my Republican vote. What they also now have is a shattered faith that they can effectively manage such contributions, be it $100 or any fundraising goal.

With that $100 contribution, they've only managed to inundate my mailbox with no less than 60 mass-mailing solicitations for additional monetary contributions. They've achieved a net revenue loss through unnecessary campaign mailings and postage, including your pre-paid FedEx Express envelope in which you've received this letter. The donation was made in good faith, that the funds would support the solicitation of additional support from others. A good Republican will hold his own accountable, so let's be responsible with the spending of money.

Adam Klock,

Northumberland
