How the rich will be rewarded?

Now that the corporations have been pardoned from paying for the damage that their heavy vehicles did to Pennsylvania highways, how will the wealthy be compensated by the legislature and the governor?

School property taxes are very unpopular with voters so don’t be surprised in this very important political year to see them eliminated by increasing the sales tax that hurts the poor and by increasing the tax on earned income that hurts workers, not the wealthy.

The rich will be rewarded by having their school property taxes eliminated, but they won’t have to pay higher taxes on their income from captial gains, dividends, interest and other income from their investments.

In short, taxation for roads and public schools will be shifted from the corporations and the wealth to the poor and working class citizens in Pennsylvania.

Happy New Year, taxpayers!
