My concern is in reference to the photograph showing replicas of human body parts on a food preparation grill in The Daily Item (Oct. 26).
The prevalence of evil and abuse against the human body is so rampant today, we really don't need the power of suggestion for allusions to even more demeaning acts of violence, imaginary or otherwise.
I implore you to please use more respectable discernment before printing such repulsive visual images of potential atrocities against the human body which unfortunately have taken place in some cultures, perhaps even in our own.
The human body is sacred and was designed by God to be the dwelling place of the Holy Spirit during this earthly life. It is distressing to me to see images that desecrate the human body even though the images are feigned.
