Different rules

Republicans in some states, including Pennsylvania, passed voter identification laws that will make it more difficult for some to vote.

In the U.S. Senate, Republicans recently filibustered a law that would disclose the names of people making large contributions to political candidates. The identity of common people to vote must be disclosed, but the identity of rich donors who can sway many voters remains hidden. Which road will we travel when it comes to average people or the rich when the decision involves taxes, rules and regulations and influence in general?
