I do not own a gun, but I can defend our right to do so.
The issue of gun control is a very difficult situation and needs some serious thought. I believe Dr. Pat Bruno is correct in saying everyone must come together to improve our society, both gun owners and gun opponents.
Pennsylvania has laws regarding babies and children riding in cars to protect them. They must be in "approved seats" until a certain age.
Why can't Pennsylvania have laws regarding guns in homes to protect children?
Wouldn't it make sense to make parents and guardians of our children responsible for them? Wouldn't a law that states all guns in a home must be kept under lock and key until children reach a certain age?
If Pennsylvania can determine that children must be in a car seat until a certain age, or height and weight to protect them, it just makes sense that we should protect them with a law to lock up our guns.
What is the harm in asking everyone to lock up their guns and keep our children a little safer?
