Hero deserves recognition

There is something special about the area I am from. I have served 15 years in the Army thus far and have met a plethora of soldiers from central Pennsylvania. I have run into many that I went to high school with and a few that are much older but are still proud to call the Susquehanna Valley home.

SSG Tom Baysore is a hero and deserves more recognition than the 10 weak paragraphs he was allotted. Let's celebrate this Noncommissioned Officer's contributions to our great nation.

I was a recruiter in Selinsgrove when Tom enlisted. That is now, three soldiers from the same graduation year from the Valley that have paid the ultimate sacrifice: Zach Long, Brett Swank and now Tom Baysore.
