— PAXTONVILLE — Terra Phillips, daughter of Cindy Phillips and Tim Phillips, of Paxtonville, and Bradley Rheam, son of David and Jean Rheam, of Beavertown, announce their engagement.
The bride-to-be is a graduate of Penn Tech, Williamsport, with a degree in baking and pastry arts. She is employed by the Manor at Penn Village, Selinsgrove.
Her fiancé is a graduate of West Snyder High School, Beaver Springs. He is a laborer with Apex Homes, Kreamer.
A Sept. 20 wedding is planned.
