Bouder, son of Mr. and Mrs. Toby R. Bouder, of Liverpool.
The bride-to-be was home schooled and graduated from Bloomsburg University where she earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing. Her fiancé attended Northumberland Christian School and graduated from Susquehanna University with a bachelor’s degree in creative writing. The couple will be married Aug. 15 at Selinsgrove Church of the Nazarene.
