Roush — Klinger MIDDLEBURG — Gene and Carol Roush, of Middleburg, would like to announce the engagement of their daughter, Felecia, to Dustin Klinger, son of Kevin and Betty Klinger, of Middleburg.
The bride-to-be is a 2007 graduate of Midd-West High School and plans to graduate in May from Central Pennsylvania College, Summerdale, with an associate’s degree in physical therapy assisting. Her fiancé is a 2004 graduate of Middleburg High School and a 2008 graduate of Susquehanna University with a bachelor’s degree in public relations and business. He is an account coordinator for Tierney Communications, Harrisburg. A July 11, 2009 wedding is planned.
