SUNBURY — Zion Lutheran Church was the setting for the ceremony uniting Debbie K. Orr and Joseph A. Gottshall in marriage. The Rev. Richard Fangmann performed the service at 1 p.m. Aug. 2.

The bride is the daughter of the late Catherine E. McFarlane and Kenneth Kocher. The bridegroom is the son of Joseph N. Gottshall, of Northumberland, and the late Dorthey Gottshall.

The bride was given in marriage by her daughters, Katie and Jamie Orr, of Northumberland, who, along with the bridegroom’s children, Tammy and Joseph Gottshall, of Northumberland, served as attendants.

A reception followed the service at the American Legion, Post 44, Northumberland, After a trip to Ocean City, Md., the couple are residing in Northumberland.

The bride is a graduate of Hanover Township High School, Wilkes-Barre, and is employed at Papalia Financial Services, Danville.

The bridegroom is a graduate of Shikellamy High School and is employed at Bucknell University, Lewisburg.
