MIDDLEBURG — Marlene Gover, of Middleburg, announces her engagement to Frank Leroy Bickel Jr., of Lewisburg.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of the late Fred and Lillian King. She attended Wallingford High School, Wallingford, Vt. She is a homemaker.

Her fiancé is the son of Alice G. Strahan Bickel, of Lewisburg, and the late Frank L. Bickel Sr. He attended Mifflinburg High School, and is employed by Paper Magic, Danville.
