LEWISBURG — Sue A. Middlesworth, of Lewisburg and John R. Fairchild, of Watsontown, formally announce their engagement.

The bride-to-be attended Milton area schools. She earned a bachelor of arts degree from Millersville University and a Certified Insurance Service Representative’s Designation. She is employed as a commercial lines insurance agent at The Insurance Shop, LLC, Milton.

Her fiance attended Lincoln Northeast High School in Nebraska and received a bachelor of science degree from Nebraska Wesleyan in international business, and a master’s degree in international finance at Thunderbird, the American Graduate School of International Management in Arizona. He is a senior financial analyst for Geisinger Health System.

The couple are planning a May 2009 wedding at Watsontown Baptist Church.
