Charles H. and Martha W. Saylor, of Northumberland, Pa. Davis — Saylor OAKLAND, N.J. — Robert J. and Roxanne S. Davis, of Oakland, announce the engagement of their daughter, Kimberly R. Davis, to Matthew C. Saylor, son of The Hon. Charles H. and Martha W. Saylor, of Northumberland, Pa.
The bride-to-be graduated in 1997 from Indian Hills High School and received her bachelor of science degree in finance from Marist College in 2001. Her fiancé graduated in 1999 from Shikellamy High School and received his bachelor of science degree in finance and international business from Pennsylvania State University in 2003. They are both employed with the U.S. Treasury Department as national bank examiners, and reside in Midland Park, N.J. A 2009 wedding is planned.
