NORTHUMBERLAND — Mr. and Mrs. Guy Kerstetter, of Northumberland, announce the engagement of their daughter, Chelsea Ann Kerstetter, to William Peter Clemens II, of Milton, son of Jan Clemens and the late William P. Clemens.

The bride-to-be is a 2002 graduate of Shikellamy High School and a 2006 graduate of Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania with a degree in elementary education. She is a third-grade teacher at Sandy Ridge Elementary of the Union County School District in Waxhaw, N.C.

The bridegroom is a 1999 graduate of Milton High School and a 2003 graduate of Bloomsburg University with a degree in business. He is employed by the Mecklenburg County Sheriff’s office as a detention officer.

A July 26 wedding is planned at Saint Matthew’s Episcopal Church in Sunbury.
