OLNEY, Md. — Mr. and Mrs. William Regnault, of Olney, announce the engagement of their daughter, Tracie Noelle Regnault, to Nathan A. Brosious, son of George Brosious, of Selinsgrove, Pa., and Cindy Stroh, of Sunbury, Pa.

The bride-to-be is a 1998 graduate of Sherwood High School, Sandy Spring, and a 2003 graduate of Salisbury University of Maryland. She is a first-grade teacher at Montgomery County Public Schools in Maryland, and is currently pursuing a master of science degree in education with a concentration in reading at Johns Hopkins University.

Her fiancé is a 1997 graduate of Shikellamy High School and a 2001 graduate of Elizabethtown College. He is an account executive for Harland Clarke of Glen Burnie, a financial services company.

A July wedding is planned at the Watson Inn in Watsontown.
