— BLOOMSBURG — John and Jamie Plotts, of Bloomsburg, announce the engagement of their daughter, Kelsey, to Thomas Snyder III, the son of Nancy Snyder, of Bloomsburg and Thomas Snyder II, of Orangeville.
The bride-to-be is a 2009 graduate of Millville High School. She is employed at Millville Pizzeria.
Her fiancé is a 2009 graduate of Millville High School. He is serving in the Army National Guard and is employed at OIP of Millville.
A wedding is planned for May 22, 2010.
