Whitcomb, son of Leona Scott, of Herndon, and the late Carl Whitcomb, and stepson of Leonard Long, of Danville. Herb — Whitcomb SUNBURY — Mr. and Mrs. Robert Musser, of Sunbury, and Mr. and Mrs. Paul Bohner, of Dalmatia, announce the engagement of their daughter, Samantha J. Herb, to Kevin L. Whitcomb, son of Leona Scott, of Herndon, and the late Carl Whitcomb, and stepson of Leonard Long, of Danville.
The couple are living in Urban. The bride-to-be is a 2001 graduate of Line Mountain High School. Her fiancé is a 1985 graduate of the same high school. He is employed at Meckleys Limestone Products, Herndon. The couple are planning a wedding in the near future.
