Published September 05, 2009 10:33 pm - Brian and Annette Shade, of Northumberland, are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Chelsea Shade, of Lebanon, Maine, to Justin Drew, also of Lebanon, Maine, son of Bonnie Pannebaker, of Salem, Ind. and the late Tim Drew. Shade — Drew NORTHUMBERLAND — Brian and Annette Shade, of Northumberland, are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Chelsea Shade, of Lebanon, Maine, to Justin Drew, also of Lebanon, Maine, son of Bonnie Pannebaker, of Salem, Ind. and the late Tim Drew.
The bride-to-be is a graduate of Shikellamy High School and the University of Pittsburgh. Her fiance is a graduate of Mifflinburg Area High School and SUN Area Vo-Tech. They are both employed at the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Kittery, Maine. A wedding is being planned for Aug. 28, 2010, at the Priestley-Savidge House.
