Swanger — Frantz NORTHUMBERLAND — Katrina Swanger, daughter of Wayne and Sherry Forbes, of Northumberland, and Chad Frantz, son of Warren and Linda Frantz, also of Northumberland, announce their engagement.
The bride-to-be is a 1997 graduate of Shikellamy High School and is employed as a customer service representative in Danville. Her fiance is a 1996 graduate of Shikellamy High School and a 2000 graduate of Bloomsburg University. He is employed at the United States Penitentiary at Lewisburg. A wedding is planned for Oct. 2, 2010.
