BLOOMSBURG — The Bloomsburg Christian Church was the setting for the ceremony uniting Anne Marie McCormick and Patrick Matthew Broyan in marriage. Eric Miller conducted the service at 10:30 a.m. March 28, 2009.
The bride is the daughter of Larry and Judy McCormick, of Danville. The bridegroom is the son of Matthew and Sandy Broyan, of Berwick.
Given in marriage by her father, the bride chose Stacey Hovenstine, of Danville, to be her matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Naomi Reedy, of Bloomsburg, and Mary and Sarah Broyan, both of Berwick. Payton Shuman and Kyra McCormick, the bride’s nieces, were flower girls.
Chris Broyan, of Berwick, was best man. Ushers were George McCormick, of Danville, AJ Biscontini and Frank Broyan, both of Berwick. Ring bearers were Nicholas and Michael Broyan, of Berwick, the bridegroom’s nephews.
A reception was held at Pepper’s Bar and Grill, Berwick.
Following a honeymoon to Ocean City, Md., the couple are residing in Danville.
The bride is a 1999 graduate of Columbia-Montour AVTS, a 2001 graduate of IUP’s Academy of Culinary Arts and a 2008 graduate of Penn Foster College. She is employed at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.
The bridegroom attended Columbia-Montour AVTS. He is employed in farming by Faihopity Farms, Berwick.
