SUNBURY — Otterbein United Methodist Church was the setting for the candlelight ceremony uniting Erin Elizabeth Jones and Andrew David Rebuck in marriage. The Rev. Rebecca Foote conducted the service at 5 p.m. Nov. 29, 2008.
The bride is the daughter of Rodney and Carol Jones, of Sunbury. She is also the granddaughter of Frankie Jones and the late Thomas Jones, Donald Slack and Dorothy Slack. The bridegroom is the son of David and Robin Rebuck, of Northumberland, and the grandson of Joan and Dean Rebuck, Mary Jane Mordan and the late Earl Mordan.
Given in marriage by her father, the bride chose her sister, Jessica Jones, of Sunbury, to be her maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Ashley Shade and Laura Kreisher, both of Sunbury, Rebekah Lenig, of Northumberland, and Laura Savage, the bride’s cousin, of Skaneateles, N.Y. Flower girls were Asaysha Hunter and Karin Bragg, of Sunbury, the bridegroom’s cousins.
Serving as best man for his brother was Adam Rebuck, of Northumberland. Groomsmen were Michael Sees, of Northumberland, Nick Sees, of Pittsburgh, Skyler Herb, of Sunbury, and Jared Jones, of Sunbury, the bride’s brother. Ring bearer was Jordan Slack, of Sunbury, the bride’s cousin. Acolytes were Katherine and Garrett Kemberling. Guest book attendants were Michael and Harrison Jones. Reader was Gabrielle Kemberling.
Music was provided by Lisa Peters, with soloist Woody Wolfe.
A reception was held at Indian Hills Country Club, Paxinos. The bridegroom’s parents hosted the rehearsal dinner at the Edison Hotel.
Following a honeymoon to the Sandals Resort in St. Lucia, the couple are living in Elizabethtown.
The bride is a 2003 graduate of Shikellamy High School and a 2007 graduate of the Pennsylvania College of Technology. She is employed as a registered nurse at Penn State Hershey Rehabilitation Hospital, Harrisburg.
The bridegroom is a 2002 graduate of Shikellamy High School and a 2007 graduate of Harrisburg Area Community College. He is employed as a dietary manager by Rheems Nursing and Rehab Center, Elizabethtown.
