BEAVERTOWN — St. Peter’s Independent Church was the setting for the marriage of Casey Amber Herman and Jack Daniel Wagner. The Rev. Nick Smith performed the double-ring ceremony at 2 p.m. on May 16.
The bride is the daughter of Carson and Charlynn Herman, of Penns Creek. The bridegroom is the son of Brian Wagner, of Bismarck, N.D., and Mike and Mary Himes, of Hartleton.
Given in marriage by her father, the bride chose Holly Wagner of Bismarck, the bridegroom’s sister, to be her maid of honor. Allison Scherr, of Bismarck, and Whitney Knechel, of Freeburg, were bridesmaids. Flower girl was Delaney Hassinger and ring bearer was Dylan Hassinger, both of Middleburg and cousins of the bride.
Chuck Wagner, of Bismarck was best man for his brother. Groomsmen were Patrick Woodling, of Millmont, and Joey Royer, of Mifflinburg. Music was provided by Briana Smith, the wife of the Rev. Smith. The vocalist was Lisa Jo Smith, of Middleburg, the bride’s aunt.
The attendants were Katelin and Zachery Boyer, of Middleburg.
Following a honeymoon in the Poconos, the couple are residing in Middleburg.
The bride is a 2008 graduate of Bloomsburg University with a bachelor’s degree in elementary education. She is employed by SUM Child Development at the Mifflinburg Children’s Center.
The bridegroom is a 2005 graduate of Sun Area Career and Technology Center and is employed at Bing’s Auto Body, Mifflinburg.
