HARRISBURG — St. Patrick’s Cathedral was the setting for the ceremony uniting Elizabeth Ann Muscarella and Patrick S. Van Sant in marriage. Father John Hoke, of St. Joseph Church, in Milton, performed the double-ring service on May 4, 2013.
The bride is the daughter of Frank and Sandy Muscarella, of Milton. The bridegroom is the son of Stephen and Christy Van Sant, of Lewisburg.
Maid of honor was Jillian Rutkowski, of Harrisburg. Bridesmaids were Megan Heistandt, of Milton, and Andrea Price, of Livingston, Mont.
Serving as best man for his brother was Llyn Buckwalter, of West Palm Beach, Fla. Groomsmen were Robert Rapp, of Lewisburg, and Nate Turnock, of West Chester.
Paul Muscarella, brother of the bride, served as cross bearer. Readers for the ceremony were John Muscarella, uncle and godfather of the bride, and Rachael Schompert and Jessica Metz, cousins of the bridegroom.
A reception was held at the West Shore Country Club, Camp Hill.
The bride is a graduate of Milton Area High School, Lock Haven University, and Arcadia University with a doctorate in physical therapy. She is employed by Select Medical Group in Mechanicsburg, as a physical therapist.
The bridegroom is a graduate of Lewisburg Area High School and Shippensburg University. He is employed as an acquisitions project officer with the Department of Defense Logistics Agency in New Cumberland.
The couple honeymooned in Key West, Fla., and then took a road trip up the east coast. They are living in Camp Hill.
