BRANCHPORT, N.Y. — Hunt Country Vineyards was the setting for the ceremony uniting Megan Lee and John Daugherty in marriage. Allen Vaala performed the service on May 25, 2013.
The bride is the daughter of Kevin and Chris Lee, of Danville, Pa. The bridegroom is the son of John R. and Patricia Ann Daugherty, of Cartersville, Ga., and the late Gail Ann Daugherty.
Matron of honor was Heidi Brown-King and maid of honor was Amanda St. Clair. Bride’s attendants included Emily Kerstetter and Jessica Longacre, cousins of the bride, and Ashley Leberfinger, Jamie Gillette, Lauren Zvolensky, Bobbi Jo Colbert, and Harmony Daugherty, niece of the bridegroom. Flower girls were Hailee and Taylor King, nieces of the bridegroom.
Groom’s attendants included Justin Barbeau, Daniel Bailey, Evan Miles, Jamie Wongbandue, James Miyamoto, Ryan King, Caleb Cook, Thomas Colbert Jr., Cliff Volz, and Marc Docteur.
A reception, hosted by the bride’s parents was held at Hunt Country Vineyards, and catered by Kings Catering.
The bride is a graduate of Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania with a bachelor of science degree in elementary education and special education. She is a Life Skills support/multiple disabilities teacher at the Middleburg Elementary School, in the Midd-West School District.
The bridegroom is a graduate of Corning Community College with an associates degree in business. He is the tasting room manager at Hunt Country Vineyards, Branchport.
Following a Western Caribbean cruise, the couple is living in Danville, Pa.
