SELINSGROVE — Fox Boro Bed & Breakfast was the setting for the ceremony uniting Brittany Baumert and Nicholas DeSantis in marriage. John Jackson performed the service at 4 p.m. July 27, 2013.
The bride is the daughter of Kevin and Sherri Baumert, of Dornsife. The bridegroom is the son of Daniel DeSantis, of Northumberland, and Melissa Schnars, of Riverside.
The bride chose her sister, Brianna Baumert, of Dornsife, as maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Kelsey Fetterhoff, of Halifax, Miranda Miller, of Dalmatia, Brooke Long, of Herndon, cousin of the bride, Cherish Smierciak, of Northumberland, sister of the bridegroom, and Katie Stiely, of Sunbury. Flower girl was Kyrianna Baumert, of Dornsife, sister of the bride.
Dustin Scott, of Northumberland, served as best man. Groomsmen were Jacob Houseknecht, of Northumberland, Elijah Miller, of Milton, Todd Robatin, of Selinsgrove, and Taylor Edwards, of Sunbury. Usher was Clarence Kelly, of Klingerstown. Ring bearer was Caleb Schnars, of Riverside, brother of the bridegroom.
A reception, catered by Wehry Meats, Klingerstown, followed at Special Occasions in Sunbury.
The couple are 2012 graduates of Sunbury Christian Academy.
The bride is online schooling through Penn Foster studying to be a veterinary technician. She is employed by McDonald’s, Shamokin Dam, and Paws Inn, Selinsgrove, as a kennel attendant.
The bridegroom is attending Susquehanna University majoring in digital communications. He is employed as a crew leader by McDonald’s, Danville.
The couple is living in Selinsgrove.
