CONYNGHAM — St. John Bosco Church was the setting for the ceremony uniting Allison Michelle Benkovic and Ryan George Boyle in marriage. The Rev. John C. Lambert performed the service on July 14, 2012.
The bride is the daughter of Greg and Paula Benkovic, of Riverside. The bridegroom is the son of George and Debbie Boyle, of Conyngham.
The bride, given in marriage by her father, chose Elise Bielen as matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Lindsey McAnnaney, Erika Wintersteen, Stephanie Wertman, and Megan Sharretts.
Serving as best man for his brother was Kerry Boyle. The bridegroom’s attendants were Brendan Boyle, brother of the bridegroom, Ryan Noffke and Mark Sandy. Gift bearers were Andrew and Jonathan Benkovic, brothers of the bride.
Music was provided by Frank Kulig and Angela Vito. Lectors were Shannon Reisch, sister of the bridegroom, and Offeibea Hanson-Hall. Guest book attendant was Kaitlyn DeFacis, cousin of the bride.
A reception was held at Sand Springs Country Club, Drums.
The bride is a 2003 graduate of Danville Area High School, a 2007 graduate of Penn State University, and a 2009 graduate of George Washington University with a master’s degree. She is an event manager at the Philadelphia’s Magic Gardens museum.
The bridegroom is a 2001 graduate of Hazleton Area High School and a 2006 graduate of Penn State University. He is the director at LesPetits Cherubs Daycare in Philadelphia.
Following a honeymoon to Riviera Maya, Mexico, the couple is living in Philadelphia.
