— LEWISBURG -- St. Paul's United Methodist Church was the setting for the ceremony uniting Emily E. Knitter and Gabriel B. Robison in marriage. Pastor David McDowell performed the ceremony on Oct. 6, 2012.
The bride is the daughter of Kurt and Laurie Knitter, of Selinsgrove. The bridegroom is the son of the Rev. Barry and Joni Robison, of Stewartstown.
The bride chose Cristen Minori as her maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Pamela Morris, Kerrie Brancato, Alexa Olivieri, Lauren Hoke, Sierra Calman, and Lindsay Shoop, sister of the bridegroom. Bridesman was Michael O'Connell.
Nathan Shugart served as best man. Groomsmen were Travis Lucas, Thomas Hagerty, Brian Booker, Scott Heinly, Derek Baralt, Kristopher Sledge, and Alexander Knitter, brother of the bride. The late Benjamin W. Robison was recognized as honorary best man.
A reception followed at the Lewisburg Hotel.
The bride is a 2007 graduate of Selinsgrove Area High School and a 2010 graduate of Elizabethtown College. She is associate event planner at the Barnes Foundation in Philadelphia.
The bridegroom is a 2008 graduate of Selinsgrove Area High School and a 2011 graduate of Elizabethtown College. He is a high school social studies teacher at the Woodlynde School in Strafford.
The couple is living in St. David's.
