DANVILLE — St. Joseph Catholic Church, Danville, was the setting for the ceremony uniting Ryann Kathleen Kishbaugh and Benjamin David McConnell in marriage. Father Tri M. Luong and Rev. Robert Andrews performed the service on June 22, 2013.
The bride is the daughter of Kathleen M. Kishbaugh and James D. Kishbaugh II, of Danville. The bridegroom is the son of Timothy R. McConnell and Mary Ann McConnell, of Danville.
The bride, given in marriage by her parents, wore an Ella Bridal a-line ivory satin gown with asymmetrical pleating over the bodice and shirt with a beaded belt around the waist. She carried a hand tied bouquet of blue hydrangea and white David Austin roses tied with an ivory satin ribbon. She chose her sister, Megan Kishbaugh, of Danville, as maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Cassie Andreychik and Noel Woodruff, of Danville, Allie Horvath, of Oxford, Ohio, and Sophie Cross, of Thornton, Pa.
Serving as best man for his twin brother was Timothy McConnell. Groomsmen were Nicholas McConnell, of Boston, Mass., and Matthew McConnell, of Danville, brothers of the bridegroom, Daniel Shoop, of Paxinos, Pa., and Ryan Sanders, of Danville.
An outside reception for 250 guests followed at the Frosty Valley Country Club, Danville.
The bride is a 2006 graduate of Danville High School and a 2010 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a degree in communications. She is employed as officer manager at J.&J. Financial, Danville.
The bridegroom is a 2005 graduate of Danville High School, a 2009 graduate of Lock Haven University with a degree in health and physical education, and a 2012 graduate of Bloomsburg University with a degree in curriculum and instruction. He is a high school health and physical education teacher at the Central Columbia High School, Bloomsburg, Pa.
Following a honeymoon to the Now Jade Resort in Riviera Maya, Mexico, the couple is living in Danville.
