n East Juniata 3,
Lancaster Country Day 1
COCOLAMUS -- Steph Dressler scored a pair of goals, and Lydia Koser added another -- all in the first half -- as East Juniata rebounded from an overtime loss the day before with a Tri-Valley League win.
Lydia Strawser made six saves for the Tigers (4-2, 2-0 TVL).
n Selinsgrove 2,
SELINSGROVE -- Brandon Dunkle recorded a goal and an assist to help the Seals blank Williamsport in a HAC-I showdown.
Jonah Markle scored the second goal for Selinsgrove (4-4) just over six minutes after Dunkle's.
"We kept the pressure on offensively in the first half, we just couldn't find the net," Selinsgrove coach Chris Lupolt said. "Second half, we came out, made some adjustments offensively and we were able to find the goal."
n Shikellamy 1,
SUNBURY -- It was a game dominated by tough defenses as Shikellamy and Danville combined to allow just four shots, but it was Seth Burk's shot that proved the costliest, as the Braves took the HAC-I victory.
"A lot of play between the 18's, not a lot of shots allowed," Shikellamy coach Jon Steese said. "It was an overall good game."
Burk's goal came when Danville went to clear the ball out from about 25 yards deep. The ball hit off Burk's shin guard to get behind the defense, allowing Burk a one-on-one look with Danville's keeper to sneak it in for the game winner for Shikellamy (5-0).
n Milton 2,
MIFFLINBURG -- Chase Geiger and Austin Robbins both scored in the first 20 minutes of the game to lead the Black Panthers to the HAC-I win.
Cameron McDowell and John Adami had the assists for Milton (3-3). Mifflinburg falls to 4-3.
n Loyalsock 2,
