NEW BLOOMFIELD -- Brady Chappell threw for three touchdowns and ran for another as Milton beat Carson Long, 56-7, to move to 3-2 on the year.
Chappell credited the offensive line for Milton's success.
"(The offensive line) gave us all the time in the world today," he said. "It seemed like whatever Carson Long did, we had the answer. They gave me time to throw."
Chappell ran the ball in from a yard out in the first quarter to put Milton on the board as Milton scored just once in the first quarter. The Black Panthers scored 49 points over the final three quarters.
In the second, Chappell tossed two of his three scores and Jayson English and Jovan Garrison each ran in a touchdown.

MIFFLINTOWN -- The Tigers tried to come back with a kickoff return from David Brantley and a passing touchdown but Juniata held on for a win on Friday.
Ty Treaster ran for 138 yards and two scores for Juniata (2-3) while Brantley ran for a score and threw a passing touchdown for East Juniata (2-3). Both teams surpassed 300 yards in the high-scoring affair. Juniata took a 21-17 lead into halftime in a game which was back and forth throughout.

SELINSGROVE -- Central Mountain scored two goals -- one in each half -- to shut out the Seals.
Tom Eaton and Tom Hulett scored for Central Mountain. Kevin Hook stopped seven Seals shots in the win.
n Millville 4,
Southern Columbia 1
CATAWISSA -- A hat trick from Mitchell Watts gave Millville a victory over Southern Columbia.
Jacob Trathen scored for Southern Columbia to answer Watts' first goal but Watts scored both of Millville's goals in the second half to help his team pull away.

SUNBURY -- Shikellamy's defense held their own against an undefeated Central Columbia squad with a solid offense, taking the Blue Jays to double overtime before the game ended in a scoreless tie.
