STATE COLLEGE -- Madison Burrows scored two goals and assists on two more, while Katie Benfer had a hand in four points for Meadowbrook Christian in an Allegheny Christian Athletic Association tournament quarterfinal victory.
The Lions scored seven first-half goals, including both of Burrows' tallies and one by Benfer, who also assisted on three in the half.
Meadowbrook plays Great Commission (Altoona) in the semifinals today at 2:15 p.m.

LEWISBURG -- Bronson Ferster connected on a Max Reed assist in the 12th minute of the game to keep the Green Dragons undefeated with the HAC-I victory.
Logan Cho made three saves in the shutout for Lewisburg (18-0, 14-0 HAC-I).
Shikellamy (10-6-2, 8-5-1) got four saves from Justin Engle.
"The game itself was very well played, and it was a clean game," said Shikellamy coach Jon Steese.

COCOLAMUS -- Mother Nature allowed the Tigers to only play one complete half, but it was more than enough time for them to take the Tri-Valley League win and claim the league title in the process.
Tony Finkbiner, Jake Sankey and Jordan Kerstetter all scored for East Juniata (11-4-3, 11-1-3 TVL), which claimed its fifth consecutive league championship.
