SUNBURY -- Ty Ross had a hat trick plus an assist to lead Midd-West to a 4-1 Heartland-I victory over Shikellamy on Thursday.
All of the goals for Midd-West (7-3, 5-2 HAC-I) were unanswered after Shikellamy (7-2, 5-1) opened the game with a goal from Andrew Marczyk just 2 minutes, 30 seconds in.
"The beginning of the game was well-played, but Midd-West put a lot of pressure on our defense," said Shikellamy coach Jonathan Steese. "We had the opportunities to counter, but we couldn't find the back of the net."

TURBOTVILLE -- Elias George had two second-half goals to complete a hat trick as the Defenders blanked Montoursville, handing the Warriors their first league loss of the year.
The win moves Warrior Run to 7-3 (4-2 HAC-II).
n Lewisburg 5,
MIFFLINBURG -- Joey Bhangdia had a hand in three of the Green Dragons' five goals that were scored against the Wildcats as they won the HAC-I matchup.
Bhangdia had a goal and an assist in the first half before he opened the second half with his third goal of the game for Lewisburg (9-0, 6-0 HAC-I).
Mifflinburg falls to 4-6.
n Selinsgrove 8,
SELINSGROVE -- Manny Little scored the first of his three goals just 1:52 into the game as the Seals routed the Black Panthers for the HAC-I win.
Byron Heinbach, Devon Blair, Dawson Klinger and Steven Pomykalski all chipped in a goal and an assist for Selinsgrove (5-5, 3-4 HAC-I).

NORTHUMBERLAND -- The Eagles fell victim to a Ben Harris hat trick as they lost the ACAA matchup.
Adam Clemens scored twice, while Tanner Gutelius had a goal and an assist to lead Sunbury Christian (5-9-1, 2-6-1 ACAA).

LEWISBURG -- Maddie Scarr scored five goals -- four in a 14-minute span of the second half -- to fuel the Green Dragons' rout in the HAC-I matchup.
