On the restart, Lafferty drove around Berger on the outside of Turn 1 and went on to score his first-ever win at the speedway by .343 seconds over Berger, who was looking for his first career 410 win.
"We were just lucky that the yellow came out when it did," Lafferty said. "We missed nearly three months of racing when dad broke his ankle."
It as the fourth win of the season for Lafferty
Heimbach was third with Schuchart fourth and Allen fifth.
Sixth through 10th were Zearfoss, Buckwalter, Erdley. Moody and Cannon, respectively.
Heat for the 24 410 sprint cars on hand were won by Schuchart, Layton and Heimbach.
Eric Boozer won the 12-lap 4-cylinder race.
The speedway closes out the 2013 season on Saturday with the $5,000 to win Late Model show.
