CATAWISSA — The Lancers blew open a close game and took the HAC-II matchup by scoring 25 points in both of the second and third quarters.
Mike Pastore scored 17 to lead Loyalsock. Mike Klebon had 13 points for Southern.
East Juniata 39, Greenwood 32
COCOLAMUS — The Tigers took the low-scoring Tri-Valley League matchup to sweep the season series with the Wildcats for the first time in many years.
Bailey Coder led East Juniata (15-0, 11-0 TVL) with 13 points and Nick Lorenz was held to 10 for the Tigers.
Greenwood falls to 13-4, 10-3.
Halifax 54, Juniata 51
MIFFLINTOWN — Dan Osenbach scored 16 points and Hunter Hilinski had 15 to help the Wildcats pull out the TVL win over the Indians. Koby Bowman and Connor Schadel also scored in double figures for Halifax (9-7, 7-5 TVL).
Halifax 68, Schuylkill Haven 35
HALIFAX — Kylee Sorichetti scored 10 points and had eight rebounds and six steals to lead the Wildcats to the non-league win. Halifax improves to 12-5.
Warrior Run 45, Milton 27
MILTON — The Defenders head into the District 4 Duals on a high note after they got out to a big lead to beat the Black Panthers in a HAC cross-over matchup.
Warrior Run (12-4) took a 33-0 lead after six bouts behind pins from Wes Cupp (220), Jared Miller (106), Bradly Styer (113) and Zack LeBarron (126).
Milton (6-8) got some big wins late in the match on pins from Ryan Preisch (182) and Gage Heller (195).
Bald Eagle Area 54, Shikellamy 21
MILL HALL — Tyler Hepler picked up a pin at 113 pounds over Bald Eagle Area’s Mike Kachik in 1:15, but the wins for the Braves were far and few between in the loss to drop Shikellamy to 7-7 overall.
Nick Cashdollar picked up a win via decision at 132 while Tristan Paul pinned Caleb Bell in 1:46 at the 145 bout for the Braves. Shikellamy’s only other win came at 220, when Dwayne Pepper won by forfeit.
