Men's basketball: Susquehanna falls to Goucher in 2 OT

TOWSON, Md. — Twice Susquehanna held on in the final seconds hoping Goucher wouldn’t come through to tie it up.

At the end of regulation, it was Julian Livingston sinking three free throws to tie it up at 82-82. Then in overtime, it was Alex Noble with a late jump shot to tie it at 91-all.

In the second overtime, however, the Crusaders again found themselves tied with just seconds remaining. There wouldn’t be a third overtime though, as Noble came through again in the clutch, this time with a trey to put the dagger through Susquehanna as Goucher won, 100-97.

Livingston and Noble had a monster night for Goucher (7-12) as the duo combined for an incredible 60 points against the Crusaders.

Susquehanna had four reach double figures, as Harley Sellinger led the Crusaders with 24 points while Brandon Hedley had 23, Jake Eskin scored 18 and Steven Weidlich contributed another 15. Sellinger ended the night with a double-double, adding 17 boards to his night.
