When this year started, the Ironmen sat at 390 program wins, and with an 18-game schedule and an always-talented squad, Dressler was fairly confident that it would happen by season's end.
"It was in the back of my mind," Dressler said. "I never really worried about it. I knew that it would come in time this year."
Dressler's just the fourth coach all-time for Danville and with 67 career wins, can surpass Chris Johns (2003-2008), who has 68.
Regardless, while it may not have been made into a big deal after the home win this past Saturday, you can believe that the Ironmen -- past and present -- are more than proud of making history.
