Dakotah Snyder was efficient on the mound to close out the Lewisburg victory, but he starred at the dish throughout the game. He mashed Selinsgrove pitching for a perfect 4-for-4 day -- falling a triple short of a cycle with a single, two doubles and the sixth-inning home run -- with five RBIs.
"The ball came in, and I just swung hard as I could and tried to find the gap," Dakotah Snyder said.
Lewisburg's offense clicked long before the breakout sixth, as Brock Noone got the game started with a double. Dakotah Snyder brought Noone around on a single to center to start the scoring. Noone and Snyder each pounded RBI hits in the second to run the lead to 4-0 after a Colt Kline RBI grounder early in the frame.
A two-RBI double by Dakotah Snyder in the top of the fourth gave Ramirez a six-run cushion on the mound, which was more than enough considering his strong pitching.
