Moyer noted that she has 10 returning players and 12 girls who are coming out for the first time. She is being helped by her husband, Seals boys basketball head coach Ray Moyer.
"I have girls that played basketball, field hockey and soccer on the team," she noted. "It's a great way to keep in shape in the spring for when the fall sports come around."
Moyer has never played lacrosse but she noted that she learned a lot from the experience last year.
"Once you get the bug for it, you just love it," she said.
