High School Roundup: Seals go 2-0 on the day in girls lacrosse

SELINSGROVE — GIRLS LACROSSE

Buoyed by a last-minute 16-15 win over Lake Lehman in the day’s first game, Selinsgrove also went on to beat Dallas, 8-3, in Central Susquehanna Lacrosse League action Saturday.

Sarah Moyer tallied five goals and Alli Kahn and Jenna Clark had four goals apiece for Selinsgrove (2-1).

Clark’s last goal was scored on a free shot with 1 minute, 17 seconds remaining to break a 16-all tie and give the Seals the lead.

Against Dallas, Alli Kahn had five goals and Megan Kahn contributed two goals for Selinsgrove.

Mifflinburg 8, Dallas 5

MIFFLINBURG — Tabb Koch and Gillian Allen both had three-point days consisting of two goals and an assist in the Wildcats’ win. Casey Monahan made six saves for Mifflinburg (2-1).

Cen. Dauphin East 12,

Lewisburg 7

HARRISBURG — Bailee Dyroff made 12 saves, but the Panthers got four goals apiece from two different scorers to take the nonleague win.

Hannah Gotoff had a goal and two assists to lead Lewisburg (2-1).

BOYS LACROSSE

Lewisburg 14,

Danville 6

WINFIELD — Matt Fedorjaka and Nathan Fox both had nine-point days to lead the Green Dragons to the CSLL victory. Fedorjaka led Lewisburg with five goals and he had four assists, while Fox had four goals and five assists.
