Hannah Gotoff scored five goals for Lewisburg while Sarah Talabiska scored four.
Talabiska pushed Lewisburg's goal-scoring streak to six straight when she scored 12 seconds into the second half.
Selinsgrove (1-2) had three goals from Sara Moyer and two goals from Kahn.
"It's all about the 'C' words, conditioning and concentration," Selinsgrove coach Debbie Moyer said. "We were up 7-2 the other day against Midd-West and we lost by a goal. After Lewisburg took the timeout, it was more of concentration for us. We lost 12 seniors and we are in a rebuilding mode."
Moyer said her message to the team during the first-half timeout was to keep the momentum going and to talk a lot more to each other.
Sara Moyer scored the lone goal in the second half for the Seals.
"We work well in practice on getting the girls to pick up a player and in transition," Moyer said. "We have to work better on our communication. We were never up on anyone last year; we were always trailing. We're getting more competitive."
Selinsgrove won the faceoffs 10-7.
Claire Paulsen made 10 saves in goal for Lewisburg while Katie Armstrong had one save. The Green Dragons got single goals from Ella Pavlechko, Rachael Murphy, Lisa Steinhubl and Rachel Ladd.
"We did a better job of seeing the field through our midfield transition and our defense did a good job," Groff added. "We have a lot of potential if we play together and work together as a team."
Kylee John had 10 saves for the Seals while Addie Wolf tallied a goal and an assist.
